What have you done today / yesterday

Bright sunny day so I took the dog for a walk on the shore, near high tide I watched three little tugs maneuver two gigantic container ships through the locks out of the docks on the other side of the river. They eventually turned both vessels into the flow of the incoming tide. the tugs stayed on station till the ships slowly made their way out into Liverpool Bay under their own power.

It looked like some sort of maritime waltz.

Did you see anything of interest?

Maths exam for our pupils today. Sat on a finance committee looking at audit procedures. Also went to the local community council meeting to listen to the local bobby talk about speed bumps, opportunist thieves and dialing 101. I only really saw the sun today during the drives to and from work.
