Problem sending documents

I have to send two documents as proof of identity, I scanned the docs. And put two
PDF icons on my desktop , then I dragged and dropped them onto an e mail.
The recipient said they could NOT open them and said could I send them in JPEG or
PDF, what am I doing Wrong.? ...confused2confused2confused2

1 Make a folder
2 Scan your docs
3 Save them as jpeg or Gif format
3 Copy and paste them into ready made folder then e-mail them and the recipient will get what he asked for. I hope this helps Charles waveysmiley

I'd be very wary about sending proof of identity over the internet.
