Fuji Plus horizontal screen size

Most likely my most newb-ish question as of yet. but here goes...

Using a Fuji Plus 19'' lcd monitor, m/n fp- 988d

I accidentally tapped the 'auto' button that is suppose to automatically adjust screen size and such, but it ended up stretching things just far enough that i no longer have a window scroll or even a close button (without flying blind ofcourse)

Should be a simple fix but nope, onscreen menu has a horizontal positioning adjustment, but no size adjustment (so all i can do is shift things so that the whole left side is no longer visable instead...bye bye start menu )

There has to be a way to fix this because it was fine before i touched that damn button. Any ideas?

Hmmm... I had similar, a while back.

I just uninstalled the monitor and rebooted. That sorted it.

Right click anywhere on the desktop and then click personalize, that should, at least get you into a menu where you can re-adjust your screen size.
