Ok photogs

Can you do this with your photos? Place the cursor at the top of the photo and drag it down and the time will advance changing to darkness and the lights come on.

Seen that before, multiple shots overlaid in Flash with a controller to make it work.

There's another where there is another with over 12 hours worth of exposures... However I don't have the link.
