Can I grab a free application to check my computer memory?

I know my new box has 512 inside, but I don't know if it is, for example, ddr pc 3200, or something faster or slower.

If I can do it by an application, that is my choice, instead of putting my manly fingers into the box and pulling it out to look at it.

If there is such a program around, I'll bet at least three people here have it handy. It might even fit on KF as an attachment. :D

I am wondering if another memory set is compatible, which a friend has.

(Now that I think of it, I might as well look at the mobo and identify it, so that I can get the specs. I should put them on a floppy and a thumb drive. It's all new now, but it won't be forever.)
