One man and brake light problem

A police officer told me my passenger side brake light is out.

I bought a replacement bulb. The bulb is not made by Chrysler or Chrysler's supplier, so the number on the package is different from the part number of the original bulb.

I have gotten the rear light lense assembly loosened from the car. Each bulb appears to be well sealed with rubber so that no water can get into the lense cavity where the bulb is.

I would like to leave the working bulbs undisturbed, and only peal the rubbery seal from the bad bulb so I can replace it.

If I am in driving position, pressing the brake pedal, I can't see which bulb is the brake light (e.g. I can't see it on the working side, to locate the position on the non-working side, nor can I see one bulb doesn't light in one filament).

How would you suggest I handle the problem of determining which bulb to pull out for replacement?
