SUPER (Freeware)

^ Meant to be very good, but I've not used it myself. I use Nero, or VSO's ConvertXtoDVD mainly. Oh, and DVDShrink, alongwith AnyDVD.

To rip stuff I use HandBrake which really is the dogs dangly bits. Simple to use as well, really simple. And again, it's freeware.
