What's the smell like down your way?

It must be awful if you live in the country (countrified area) where you are surrounded by fields - and you know what them naughty farmers are like shocked_yellow

They want to lay that stinky manure all over their fields to make the crops grow. :(

I know that there are really bad times in the year when the manure laying is going on and the wind is blowing from that field right into your bedroom window shocked_yellow

That is awful shocked_yellow

I'd prefer to live in a nice urban area.

It's either the odd smell of exhaust fumes or manure :o

The seaside's a nice place :)

We get a lot of that here in the Northwoods.

People who move from an urban setting to the country.

Then complain about the smell.

Hello, hamburger is made from cows.

Cows must be raised.

In the process, they release emissions known as cow poop.

The cow poop makes good fertilizer.

So other farmers put it on crops.

Some of which humans eat.

So I have two things to say to these people.

1. If you can't stand the smells of the country why the heck did you move here?

2. If you don't like the smell of fertilized crops, stop eating!

Cant beat the smell of good quality cow manure when it's spread on the allotment. ;)
