Runing slow



My PC has started to run very,very slow started a week ago,
my defragmation is up to date,ansd canot understand why its so slow,any ideas ?confused2

(1) Does the task manager show any process using a lot of CPU time?

(2) One PC of mine did this and it turned out the disk driver had reverted to an old (slow) type and needed to be reset (PIO or something).
