Outlook Express Question



Can anyone think of a reason that some of my email goes STRAIGHT to the Deleted folder in Outlook Express. It's just from one sender, on one computer. In other words, if XXX (and ONLY XXX) sends an email to YYY on YYY's computer, it goes straight to the deleted folder. If I look on another computer in the office, XXX's email goes right to the In Box, no problems.

I'm a bit baffled. No special Spam directions that I am aware of although it sounds like a Spam score thing to me, but I only have anti virus protection running, no real spam guards. We thin them out manually.

I'm open to suggestions!

Have you had a look at Tools - Message rules - mail to see if there's any rules set up?
