Does anyone here blog?

If so - please - can you tell me how to do it?

I have signed up to the Wildlife Trust 'Go Wild in June' campaign and had not realised that it included keeping a blog. I have not the faintest idea of how to go about it. Will it be visible to all or can it be restricted to the campaign organisers/ Do I have to have a website?

I blog for work and the site is freely available to all. You can use sites like Wix, Wordpress and Weebly.

For my confidential blogs or groups I use Moodle and Edmodo.

I know you didn't like Facebook but it is possible to set up secret groups there. I am in a reading group one as well as one for ex Tiscali members.

Good luck with whichever version you go for.

Why not use KF as a blog?

You could certainly have a dedicated thread here.

Some of my posts (e.g. "Scholar and Ruby," or is it the other way around) are certainly blog-like in the diary style of blog.

Not really scholar. Other folk have written on that so it is not a blog. A blog is one person's writing in a diary form. Replies are at the blogger's discretion. I don't allow replies on my one for the students for example.

I used Google blogger one for a while. Didn't last long though:D

Would that work, with our joining membership presently not operable? (Not work, for purposes of Nim's Wildlife blog, is what I mean, if others could not see past the first three posts.)

afaik people can still join up if DW does it manually.
