I like a subtle tattoo on a wrist, shoulder or ankle but not the over-the-top type he is displaying.

Definately not art !!
In fact. I think it looks horrible and how anyone could defile their body like that is unbelievable.
Mind you, it doesn't look like he has looked after his body in other ways either so in my view, he has just made a bad body even worse.....lips_sealedlips_sealed

Art! Though I don't like full body tattoos or coloured ones, just shaded black ones.

I do have a few discreet ones myself :D

Different but not that unusual. It's fairly common for those who have full body art, at least in the UK.
