It looks as if you had a good day, great photos as usual.

My son did a dog sled experience when he was in Bamff one time. he said it was one of the most thrilling things he's ever done, that and Skidoo racing.

Thanks for sharing the photos with us the conditions look fairy tale.

Good thing about the snow suit and boots was I could walk in the snow drifts, which were waist high, right off the trail in places. This allowed me to walk up to some deer stands and get some different angles then I have gotten in previous years.

And my legs got a work out. Each one of my boots weighs 5 pounds, I SWEAR!

The annual Pine River Dog Sled races were this weekend. Once again, I had the assignment for the paper to shoot it.

Yesterday was a "moon suit" kind of day: Thermal boots, snow suit, two hats and gloves. White out conditions by the time they started the 10-dog teams and I packed it in because I could barely see 10 feet in front of me.

Today was much better. Sunny, temps broke above freezing, I could lose the ski pants and didn't freeze.
