|It is most certainly possible to do this and as you say, it sounds like Outlook has been mussed up.
Delete both accounts and start again.

|I think the issue may be similar to one I had with hotmail in outlook. For some reason it tried to log on to one address without first logging out of
the first and I'd then get nothing from either. I abandoned one addy some years back, so cannot say if that is still an issue.

|I set up my sister's sky.com e-mail to run through her outlook 6 about six months ago. She decided she wanted another sky.com addy so I created it
I set it up to run through outlook and that's where it went horribly wrong lol.
My problem now is I can't seem to get either to work properly in outlook.
I have followed all the suggestions in FAQ from Sky to no avail, maybe I am missing something.
Can I just delete both from outlook and re configure them?
