Just an idea, I had a similar problem when I had Vista and solved it by using Real Player. More info here: http://uk.real.com/realplayer/

and http://www.vlcmediaplayer.org/download.html is another media player that is free to download.

Someone will be along at some point with other solutions.

Hello dear friends! ...it has elapsed quite a bit of time since my last visit to the forum, this ocassion may be the problem is not so difficult. It is the case that I am a member of NetFlix, this people provide movies in DVs and by downloads. My problem is that I can watch the movies in my Acer desktop w/WIN7 but I only hear the sound when I use my laptop Acer w/WIN XP. In both cases I use Windows Media Player 11.

Any ideas on what can I do??, another software? an add-on??.
