My my mum is 87 and enjoys short breaks with a coach company. They pick you up and you're never on your own.

57 to 67 gone downhill ever since, my get up and go has got up and gone.

At what age was this true for you?

For me it was mid 40s. Confident enough to be my own person and energetic enough to have fun. :)
