Comic Con

I meet with a group of children who need a daily check-in at work after lunch most days. One has said they want to go to Comic Con and use their Christmas money for that. As the conversation went on it became clear the reason they had never been was because their parent wasn't interested so we've decided to plan a class trip as it will be a summer weekend when the CC is on.

When my daughter was interested in something I still went along even if it was of no interest to me.

What did you do for a family member despite not liking it yourself?

We went to a football match once with some people we met on holiday who came up to see a match and popped in to see us in the process.

Other than that, shopping.
