Operation time

I have just received a phone call from St James's due to a cancellation can I be available next Tuesday for my operation,
I said I certainly can, better to get the mess sorted than procrastinate and leave it to worsen. I have to be in Leeds at 7 am and have nothing to eat for 12 hours before (no hardship there), so once it is over I will contact you all. Thank you for all your cheery acknowledgements. I just hope my old pal gets a bit of strength back, I wonder if I will have to endure his trials of chemo. My doctor said if I did it would only be a short session as my tumour is only small (and in a small place Ha Ha ) so I may escape poor Charles's predicament, so come on Charles keep taking the castor oil, and whatever don't you dare lose hope. waggyfinger john jmb
