Any network gurus out there?

I have just been given several PCs complete with working OSs which can save me a heap of work if I can strip the software out of them and leave the base OS. So far, so easy, but there is a network admin message that pops up before the log on screen that I can't remember how, or where, to find it. It's something along the lines: "If you log onto this computer you will....on pain of singing falsetto....etc. etc." if you agree, then you can enter your username and password. The password took me two minutes to beat, but I can't remember where that message is hidden. Any ideas, or will I need to spend hours trolling my library to find it.

Found it! There are two ways, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon

Which did not work for me and as Secpol, Now all I need to do is work out how I can gain control of the key, to change it. I am logged in as an Administrator, so I am now looking for suggestions, there.
