My poor Twiglet died from cancer, just recently. Had to do the jab thing, in the end. :(

The fact that she was purring, when the end came, caused a mixture of emotions.

You just can't help feeling that you've let them down.

I can't help feeling, though, that recording such things is quite right.

Memories are better and broadcasting, to the world, what I'd consider to be a private time, seems to be rather belittling it all.

Maybe the modern "Record and share everything" culture isn't for me, ay?

ikwym but I think it was because the man had originally been on drugs and the dog helped to get him through it.
