lost sound



I have been removing loads of programmes but I must have removed something that gives you sound,what have I removed wrongly ?????

Given the information in your post, probably the "thingamy". :P

Seriously though - what sound card have you got. It could be you have removed the CrystalAudio app or something like that.

Check in device manager what sound card you have and if the drivers are installed and working first.

Go to device manager and find the sound device. Then, tell it to update the drivers. :)
