Malware in Jusched.exe

I updated a special virus checker thing on a memory stick I was given a while ago and when I checked my PC, it claimed it had identified malware in c:\Program files\Common files\Java\Java Update\Jusched.exe.

The virus checker on the stick was a special edition of Avast. I am running the free version of avast on the PC itself and it is updated every day and I have run a number of boot time scans and found nothing.

I think this is a case of one virus programme tripping up over another. A search on the web suggests that Jusched.exe could be a virus if its in the wrong place and is too big for its boots.

The Jusched.exe file that was identified on my PC was in the right place and was only 244kb.

I downloaded another malware checker called Malaware and it didn't find the same problem (although it did claim to find some others).

Does anyone think this is anything to worry about?

Thanks, John. In that case, I used it and it didn't find it so I assume it was a glitch.
