Hissta won't connect to the 'net!

Friend is running a lappy with Vista on it and using Incredimail as a client. She has suddenly experienced troubles sending e-mails, receipt is ok. Incredimail has recently updated.

Co-incidentally there appears to be major failure at our local exchange although Internet connections are, so far, unaffected.

Now to my issue: From her home network It appears that the SMTP server is not responding for sending. I brought it home and thought, I'll test from my network. I cannot even get onto the 'net using either wireless (just won't register for some reason), or wired. When connected to the wired network I can see all other pcs on the network but cannot connect to the 'net. All other PCs are ok, suggestions?

Looks like the Incredimail update clobbered the port settings, sending now!
