Polyamory

Having open relationships with others while having a steady partner - (I'm sure someone will give a better definition)

I've been aware of polyamory for only a couple of years but it seems to be increasingly entering conversations these days - not those instigated by me I might add.

So my first question is, if your partner convinced you that they could accept you having other "loves" without it ruining your relationship with them, would you take advantage of that?

And, could you accept it if it were the other way round?
