Laptop Trouble

I have a freinds laptop that seems to have a few nasties.

It has XP Pro with no service pack and I can't get Windows Update to work properley.

Anyway, I've removed what I can with Spybot etc but Avast is still telling me there's more.

Windows Firewall is disabled and has dissappeared.

I can't get to 'regedit' to remove a few things and I also cannot install 'Java' that's needed for an online scan.

I've done a 'HJT' so can someone tell me what should'nt be there.

Is this the shortest ever HJT? :)

rekey.exe is a dog.

Do you have an XP CD, Mick?

If so, it might be best to take the non-destructive reinstall route.
