Yeah, but it took them ages to work out how to install the software for the printer and they had to turn it off and on again three times before it would work properly.

And the support line was a waste of time. All that stuff about being 2,000,000 in the queue but how important your call was to them. In Greek too.

Still, I suppose its better than Dell or Microsoft.
