ps2/usb not recog by window xp



i have bought a ps2/to usb convertor but window xp does not recognise, i have tried google but no solution. does anyone have any idea many thanks

Depends on what you were using before, you may need to activate / de-activate USB / PS2 in the bios for either the KB or mouse for whichever you have it hooked up to

topcat many thanks, very surprised to see you up on sunday this time of the day???. on my bios it is keyboard and mose usb enabled. i will give it a try right now and see if it resolve it by disabling the usb, many thanks
