M$ Word question



All of my sisters Word and Excel files have come up with a green arrow at the bottom right of the folder icon. (See JPEG) Does any one have an idea how this happened and what it represents? All the files open with Word or Excel just fine.

I presume she is using Norton 360.

Not that I'm a M$ genius but I can use google :D
