XP & Ubuntu on seperate drives

I have been playing with Ubuntu for a week or two and have installed it on an old 'IDE' drive I had.

Atm, I actually disconnect my main drive (SATA) and connect the 'IDE' which is obviously a bit of a pain.

So, could I connect both drives and have an option to boot either when starting Windows or is that not possible.
