That's a relief!!
7 is home.
She's been to the vet and been spayed. Walking out of there this morning, I was almost in tears - not usual for me with a pet or even a human for
something so routine.
But all things considered, I suppose it makes sense.
She's home, she's sleeping in front of the fire, but she's been around the room and jumped in and out of her boxes (she has a collection of
cardboard boxes to play in...) and all seems well. The wound is very small with no visible stitches, and a very kind friend is swinging by the vet's
tonight to pick up the specially bland food I forgot to bring home.
