Favourites in I E

I usually use Firefox ,but earlier this morning it kept closing down, I logged onto IE but I have not my frequently used favourites installed.
How do I duplicate my Firefox bookmarks into IE favourites ?

I'm not completely sure but I think you do it by exporting a file from FF via the bookmarks > organise bookmarks > file > export tabs then import it into IE via Favourites > organise favourites > import/export a file.

Export your bookmarks as bookmark.html
