Youtube downloads

I now have a flash video player, with which I can play youtube flash video files. However, I don't know how to get youtube flashvideo files in a way that I can save them. If I click on a youtube link, and wait sufficiently long, I can get one to display (after perhaps half an hour!:o), but I don't know how to have it on the hard drive to view later.

I do have a download manager, Netvampire, if that would be useful.:)

I store mine on my bebo page which, because I've already downloaded them once, play properly the next time. Not sure how else you could do it but I've got 25 on bebo atm which is more than enough for me.
