i would like to know which one of these two cpu are superior and are they still the best or it has been taken over by another cpu many thanks

The obvious question is, "Best for what?" You have not given us much to go on here Kourosh.

The main problem at the moment is that not much software has been developed to take advantage of the newer architectures yet.
