I have a program called Microsoft Photo Editer. To determine the size in pixels, I load the photo, then click on the "View" drop-down menu, then I choose "Ruler," and finally I choose the ruler markings to be according to the number of pixels.

You can do this if you have Microsoft Photo Editer. If not, is there anything comparable in your program?:)
