Help with Grub!

The Linux Grub menu works well, but how can I modify it? If I reboot my box and walk away it automatically loads Linux, but I want it to auto load Windoze and Linux when I want to. I can't seem to find the code to actually modify the boot order or the defaults. If I want to add another OS down the road, how do I do it?

There is probably a GUI tool to do this, but for mine own part:

Go to (cd) /boot/grub/

Edit (vi) menu.lst (this is the boot menu list)

Edit the line that says something line "default 0" to change the number for the operating system you want to boot in the list below this text . Remember that programmers are strange beasts that count from 0 so the first option in the menu will be option 0, the second option option 1 etc...

I thought I'd responded to this.

Thanks for the info, I'll get onto it when I finish playing here.
