i can't uninstalled my kaspersky...

thx pancake...
i've clean it already as i told u before...
and i have another problem...

last week i uninstalled my kaspersky....

so i can install my avg...

then...while i unistalled it...my pc stuck....
i already waited for about half an hour...
so i reboot it manually...

when it restarted and i try to uninstalled it again and an error window pop up says:

"This action is only valid for product that are currently installed"

how do i uninstalled it?

i've deleted the file in the C: disk manually...

but it still in the add/remove program...

why is that?
