Rangers wins tax case...
Did all those "borrowers" repay their "loans", I wonder? If not, where do they stand now? I know the old Rangers is kaput, but that can't mean those debts died with it - or does it?
It's very complex. It means that pursuing a bankrupt company for unpaid tax is not worth the legal costs, probably. Whereas the outstanding loans would, I think, go back to the new company?
