I now have a GALLERY online of the
images from which I am selecting for my show next month.
The two fall colors shots are in there because I haven't generated enough images of these yet to warrant their own portfolio.
All you Yanks that can feel free to order from here (don't know how the portal works for overseas orders, never had one before). Proceeds will help fund several LARGE prints for the exhibition.
Looking good J.
Those are absolutely stunning! Thank you for the link, I have bookmarked it - some where to look when I need a quick 'cheering up' !
They are lovely RW.

Wow! That's so good, I'll say it backwards! !woW
You must have a hell of a job RW, fancy taking all those photos and calling it work! Some cheek!
An updated gallery of 88 of the 90 shots that will be in the AV component of the show can be viewed here
Looking for a sponsor(s) or people willing to "adopt" the higher priced big works I need to do it "properly."
Found a generous donor who was willing to contribute $500 toward the prints of the show. This will cover all five of the 20x30 inch foam mounted
prints for the ceiling area and a few of the 16x20 enlargements.
Have a few more potential donors to approach early next week. But once I have the funds in hand, I will be able to send the order out for the big prints. That is a load off my mind.
Here is the artwork for the posters and flyers the library will print -- on their pre-printed flyers which has their own logo/artwork.

As soon as they are printed, I'll post one. They are very nice looking.
That looks really good !
I am going nucking futs and so is Jackie.
Six days to hang day and we're STILL waiting on the check from our major sponsor. We have to start buying mats and frames and getting the five monster prints ordered!
Will post a copy of the final poster -- which I dropped off the pdf that they have to merge with their pre-printed posters -- when they give me my extra copies.
I hope it all goes better than you could even hope for Jamie. Good luck with the show!
We are now in a full-scale scramble to save some portion of the show!
Our main sponsor apparently has pulled out!
I say "apparently" because they are not taking my calls, returning my voice mail messages or seeing me when I go to their office.
I may be dense, but I am not THAT dense! Just wish they would have had the decency to inform me of their change of heart BEFORE I had crossed the point of no return!
We are scaling back the number of images radically. Jackie has an idea on some home made cut-out style frames, but we need to get a bunch of wood ASAP and we're running out of funds.
I'll mount a show, but it isn't going to be the 84 print masterpiece I had envisioned.
T-Minus TWO full days until hang day.
Scaled back show images from 20x30 down to 11x14 are PRINTED
Thanks to two carpenters I will have the 5 20x30s, 3 16x20s and 15 11x14's in standout style frames. Combined with the traditional frames for 1 16x20, several 11x14s and about seven 8x10s, along with the two gallery wraps, I will have a representative sample of the show I WANTED to hang. All images are on the slide show, however.
Still not home free as we will be finishing the standout frames on Saturday.
Why is nothing in my life as easy as I think it will be?
As our Pastor's wife has been known to say "Sh*t happens". I've seen the inside of more hospitals in the last two weeks than many people see in a lifetime! At the end of the day, it's how you handle adversity that will allow you to succeed, or fail. From what I see here, RW, you will have better success than you imagine, despite the inconsiderate behaviour of this "sponsor". At the end of it,you can, rightfully, say that it was a success owing to your perseverance and hard work. Another sponsor will see your efforts and reward you with greater success than this dishonourable company could have brought. My favourite saying is "I've read the back page, WE WIN!!"
Had a last minute "Angel" swoop in and give us enough money to get the scaled back show to the finish line.
That and the efforts of two area carpenters doing our standout frames in sizes 11x14 up to 20x30.
Now to get everything assembled in time. We are officially three days behind schedule. No sleep til Brooklyn!
Here's wishing you the best, Redwolf. I hope you have great success, commercially and artistically.
Great news! Give you angel a front page write up! Go for it, mate, just remember us "little people" when you are rich and famous!
I would like to add that I could NOT have done this without Jackie's talent and assistance.
Love ya, honey!
Oooops - that should have been included in the OP!
Doggie bickies for you, then Jamie?

Looks good, Jamie, how is the initial response to the show going?
Here's a few photos of the exhibit. We have about 10-15 more images to add to the show.

Looks good Jamie, it's a pity I live so far away, I'd come for a look! Maybe Scholar will venture in and give you his perspective.
Good luck with the show Jamie and Jackie.
