I set up my sister's sky.com e-mail to run through her outlook 6 about six months ago. She decided she wanted another sky.com addy so I created it
I set it up to run through outlook and that's where it went horribly wrong lol.
My problem now is I can't seem to get either to work properly in outlook.
I have followed all the suggestions in FAQ from Sky to no avail, maybe I am missing something.
Can I just delete both from outlook and re configure them?
I think the issue may be similar to one I had with hotmail in outlook. For some reason it tried to log on to one address without first logging out of the first and I'd then get nothing from either. I abandoned one addy some years back, so cannot say if that is still an issue.
It is most certainly possible to do this and as you say, it sounds like Outlook has been mussed up.
Delete both accounts and start again.
