Well I just feel as though I have visited an Intensive care patient who is sinking fast. I have just come away from Bowlers computer fair and I could not believe its deterioration. Over 10 years ago you had to queue to get in now it was eerily quiet as though the ghost of Christmas past was there, it is a pathetic shell of itself The computer age is dying
I don't think it is. I think that people don't need a fair to know what is available any more. Sorry you feel let down though.
Computers seems to have settled down. I used to scan for new upgrade parts all the time, but now, new apps for my phone?
I might well have gone, if I'd known about it.
Trafford Park's only fifteen minute drive away. (Unless Moan U are at home, that day).
Its on every Saturday 10 am to 3pm I went for printer ink .jmb
ps I think its the I pads that have taken over and smart phones etc
The computer industry is slowly maturing. The time was when the technology was advancing so rapidly that you needed a 'puter fair to keep up. Now, it's more of the same ole same ole.
If it's proper computer stuff, rather than all the current toy stuff, I might have fun.
Most people are buying parts online
