So, we now know that dogs will chase a moving object when encouraged so to do, and especially when it's part of a sales pitch in some kind of department store.

This is new? funny? maybe it's an American thing.

I wouldn't be at all surprised.

Merely as an aside, people have been using the infra-red pointers to exercise their dogs almost since they were invented, this is just a commercial extension of the same feature.
