Hello, August, and welcome.

The main topic here used to be computer help--and, we still have excellent, top-notch people who are great at solving computer problems--but that has receded somewhat as Windows has gotten easier with fewer problems. Karl used to be especially interested in helping people find hardware drivers in the days of Win98.

Now, a greater proportion of the forum material is conversational. I hope you will reply and contribute, as well as read. Your fresh viewpoint and life experiences will refresh the forum.waveysmiley:D

I don't bite!

I might nibble a little.

But never bite.

Well, maybe Scholar.

But he asks for it by teasing me.

NEVER tease a Wisconsin Badger!

:D

Just as a little add on to RW's comments. If you are a MU supporter, you may get a little stick, too.

Of course if you slag off Man U you'll probably get death treat emails, allegedly. :o

Better late than never
Hi August. waveysmiley

I'm the quiet shy one here and if anyone claims I do naked clog dancing it's a fib.

No it's not, Nim told us, so it must be true. :)

Oh YES you do Giron told me so it must be TRUE :D

Morticia - 17-3-2012 at 17:52

So it's all giron's fault? :D

giron - 17-3-2012 at 20:40

It's not all my fault, but I'm prepared to admit that some of it might be. :)

August - 17-3-2012 at 23:00

Hi folks ... waveysmiley

All this talk of biting is giving me the willies !!! :D

No, I'm definitely not a Man U supporter ... altho' I did used
to live just down the road from the stadium, and my husband
used to be a ball boy there ... but if push came to shove, I'd
have to support City.

Not that I'd even consider supporting overpaid football players
in the first place. :D

LSemmens - 18-3-2012 at 08:50

You are in good company then August, none of us can hardly afford to support ourselves, let alone some over-rated ball player. Why anyone would want to play with balls baffles me.

Perhaps it's someone who has no friends and doesn't get out much ?

That said, it's hardly worth taking the risk of going blind, is it ? teacher_mode

LSemmens - 19-3-2012 at 09:27

Yes, the blindness part really gets me. Why would anyone want to go blind?
