Well I have had some good news
I went to Leeds today to see the consultant, and he has told me I am more or less less cancer free now now due to the amputation I had,
he checked my lymph nodes and said they felt fine but would still like to admit me on a day visit for a small biopsy on them, this means being put to sleep and two small incisions and take a small sample for testing for any residual cancer, but he thinks I will be okay
it will only be for a day visit and I will be back home the same day
so I feel about 80 per cent through the woods, he was very pleased with the healing process and my heart is down to 78, the atrial fibrillation is well under control now. but my old mate is suffering he tells me the last chemo session was his worst so far My thoughts are with him .
Wonderful news, John, hope all goes well with the biopsy.
Sorry to hear that Charles is suffering so much but, if works in the end, it will be worth it. Chemo is nasty!!
Pleased for you, John. Good luck to you!
Excellent regarding you John.
Good news on your front, John, I hope Charles comes through and bounces back as well as you, give him our regards, please.
Phew. Some good news, amidst all the worry.
Each step at a time, mate.
Great news John
Hope Charles' chemo will be over soon.
That is the kind of news we like to hear.
This was my last message today from Charles , I am not a religious man but I do believe there is a master plan to our universe and I pray for Charles
in his suffering . jmb
.from Charles to me
Worst day for weakness I have ever had, it's bloody wicked, hope it is the chemo that's causing.
No appetite at all
