Microsoft UK is developing a "senior PC", which will have a simple interface and be aimed at older users.

I hope they are not going to call it "Senior PC"lips_sealed
There's lots of people in their 30s/40s who'll benefit from this, but won't like to think of themselves as "senior":D

On a more serious note, if people lack the intelligence to operate a PC, they shouldn't have one! waggyfinger

They should be made to sit some sort test, before they're allowed to wander into PC World, or any other establishment that sell PCs to gullible punters!

Ain't it frightening, I helped a friend, who didn't realise they had to actually connect to the internet, just turning on the PC wasn't enough (When I asked what the original installer said about connecting automatically they said they told him they didn't want to) so now I'm a computer guru and keep getting stopped in the street for help.

But you are not 'senior' yet though are you Simon? I'd say senior is someone older than 67 (that's when my state pension should kick in);)
