In his political science class (hey, this is a school, even in the lower grades, to prepare Britain's future elite to take its rightful god[small"g"]-given, inalienable [ahem!] place as the ruling class), he will be asked to take a pro, or con, position on the following proposition:

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

Royal School Run: Prince George's First Day 'A Success'

Since this event is being covered by just all the media in the USA, I presume that it's also being given extensive coverage abroad.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, Verily Verily I Say To One & All--Thee Media Has Spoken

With GREAT reluctance, I will, for the moment, desist from making any sarcastic, satirical, or other negative verbiage about this event. Instead, I will leave it to my betters on this board (which is just about everyone) to, how shall I put it, comment on what life must be like, including his school environs, for someone who could be THEIR king someday (whereas no one on this board who lives in the UK will, if current British "standards" [or lack of] continue to prevail, have the proverbial snowball chance in hell of ever ascending thee throne)--sorry UK citizens, that's the way the cookie crumbles.

To his family's credit, none of the pixs show him with a smartphone in his hand. Yes, it would be very interesting when, sooner rather than later, he asks for one, and what their response is [and that goes 'public']. That would include whether they 'grant' him access to a computer at home.

Whether the citizens of UK have any inherent right to know about things like that could be worth a topic all unto its own (since they are footing the bill).
