I've just looked at this wondering what it was all about. Apparently it comes free with Windows 10 and can be downloaded free for 7 and 8.
Its a 3D printer programme and enables you to design and print 3D objects. I don't have a 3D printer but I think you could still use it for
animation effects by moving 3D images about and doing screen shots then put them in your free Windows Movie Maker thing.
But its slightly technical to use to create 3D things.
