Type CMD in start and run as administrator then type SFC - scannow but put in your installation disc then it can find out if all your files are valid and not corrupt this should sort your bsod. jmb

I used to get that regularly on my laptop and when I checked event viewer, it looked like a lot of power failures. I think the battery was loose.

It's the first time I've had one in Windoze 7! Hopefully I won't see another one for another few years.

FWIW all I was doing was modifying some code in VBA for Access 2010. Now I'd better get back to it.
