An Obamacare help call center has been hiring many part-time employees to advise people on how to use the benefits of Obamacare. The part-time employees do not have Obamacare, because businesses that employ people part-time are exempt from having to supply health care benefits under the Obamacare health care financing law.

The law is so screwed up, that even the government itself does better by avoiding its costs, as an employer!

It is little wonder that businesses want to avoid hiring full-time workers, if they can make do without them, since the health care cost is so high. President Obama signed an order to delay implementation of the employer requirement--but, it is still coming eventually, if the law is ever implemented.
