Yes, you lift up the T shirt and there's a couple of nozzel thing that you blow into if you wish to increase the inflation pressure.

It's also made in the USA, apparently, they use prisoners as slave labour in order to produce them cheaper than they can in China.

A measure of the new President's popularity last year was the quantity of Obama items that were available--sweatshirts, T shirts, hats, etc. with pictures of him, reproductions of his famous campaign poster, his campaign logo and slogans--in Washington DC. Tourists had plenty of opportunities to buy clothing and other items that celebrated and identified with the new President.

Today, they are practically gone.

Most people still like him well enough as a person--they just don't like the job he is doing as Presdient, and they don't like his policies.

Does anyone care to buy an Obama shirt? You can probably get a big discount.:D
