first i suggest to start a new thread as your problem may seem the same but it can have differences,
have you any anti-virus installed or anti-spyware ?
what operating system are you running ?
have you tried system restore ? (if its me/xp)
is there a firewall ?
can you transfer files from your pc to the infected one ?

|Sounds like you are infected with a variant of 'fake alert'/Zlob, also known as Smitfraud.
Download HijackThis to your desktop..
This program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
Should it not open, navigate to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis and double click on HijackThis.exe
1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Post the hijackthis log in a thread of its own. Do not post it here

|My friend's computer has two:
(2) SysFader: IE7EXPLORER.EXE
(I do not write the whole message because he got the same messages that other posters got.)
The real problem is that the computer cannot have access to the Internet, although the Internet connection from his ISP (Comcast) is strong.
What should he do? What should I do? (because he is even worse than I in computer knowledge, and it will be I who will do the fixing.)
